The REIN only accepts 720 KB floppy drives. None of my spare 1.44M drives worked or booted. This is for use with the Gotek SFRM72-FU-DL (set jumper S0 only! Setting jumper JC (IBM PC) will cause drive assignment issues when loading images) on the Rein 420 SLC laptop:
Place these files in the root folder of a FAT16 or FAT32 USB stick.
Set the Gotek to b00 (Image Mode, Image 000.img in IMG720 folder) and load the image.
(Not sure what b00 means or how to set it? Refer to the Gotek manual available online: search "SFRM72-FU-DL manual".)
Boot from A:.
Once booted, run SETUP.EXE and configure your device.
IMG001.IMG contains further 420 SLC utilities, just set the Gotek to b01. It might happen that it will load these to drive B:.
Just rename any WinImage IMA file to IMG and they will work (IMZ does not).
